Our services for short term rental management include the following:
Vacation villa remodeling and furnishing: if you are preparing to buy or have already bought a vacation villa that is in poor condition and without furnishings, we can provide you with quality renovation service and full furnishing at reasonable cost. Since 2004 to enter the property management industry, we have provided a full set of furniture and decoration and decoration services for the purchase of many holiday homes. Daily management services: full cleaning after each guest stay, pool cleaning and maintenance, pest control and prevention, lawn maintenance, responding to guest inquiries and complaints, inspections before guest arrivals and after guest departures, damage reports, timely supply of consumables and all other repairs and replacements.
Remote internet management service: after your vacation villa has been renovated and furnished, we will establish an account for your villa on our remote internet management website (www.vacationhomebid.com). Your account will include descriptions of your villa, photos of your villa, a reservation calendar, guest comments and property manager’s reports. Each time your property manager files a report on your villa, an email will be automatically sent to you including the contents of the report to keep you posted of the rental and management status of your villa.
Because we issue our bills on a quarterly basis, we advance payments of various repair and maintenance expenses for you and therefore expect you to pay our bills in a timely manner. Whenever a repair or updating job exceeds $100.00, we will obtain your prior consent before incurring the expense. We will incur the expense without your consent only in emergency situations and after our attempts to reach you have failed.

2.度假屋日常管理服务：度假屋清洁，游泳池维护和管理，除害虫和预防，草坪维护，接听入住游客问询和投诉电话，游客入住前和离开后房屋检查，损坏报告，及时补充消耗品， 以及各种相关修理和更换。
3.远程网络管理服务：您如果购买了一个度假屋，装修和全套家具装饰工作完成后，我们会在远程网络管理系统(www.vacationhomebid.com)上为您的度假屋专门设立一个账户，其中包括反映出租预订细节的日历，度假屋所有信息、照片，游客问询和投诉的时间和内容，以及物业经理处理的结果，每一次物业经理在您的账户中填写报告，您就会自动收到包含报告内容的电子邮件。这样您不必打电话或发邮件问询，就可以及时了解房屋的出租和管理情况。
4.我们的管理和服务费都是后收，一般是每三个月发一次账单，也就是说管理公司是先垫付修理等各种费用，所以在您收到账单后请及时支付。在管理过程中，凡是费用超过$100的修理或更新，我们都会事先征得房主的同意后才实施，只有遇到紧急情况又联系不到房主时，我们才会先斩后奏。
