Multi-Choice Management LLC is a professional property management company specializing in providing comprehensive property management services for our investors. Our team speaks Mandarin Chinese, English and Spanish, and has over 8 years experience in managing both long term and short term rental properties. So far, we are still in the Disney Area by the Chinese founder, operation and management, one of the largest Property Management Company. We differ from other property management companies in that our motivation in establishing this company was not profits. Our main motivation was to address the concerns of investors who purchased properties from Multi-Choice Realty LLC. An overwhelming majority of the investors who purchased properties from us are from other states or countries. As long distance homeowners, they are not able to manage the properties on their own. The lack of quality professional property management services is the main concern of these investors when making the purchases.

To ensure that our investors will be able to rent out their properties for investment income, we carefully evaluate the ease of rental and the level of investment return when selecting and recommending properties to investors. While we are happy to assist investors in purchasing properties in the greater Orlando area, for the sake of efficiency, we will only manage properties located in the following cities near Disney World: Clermont (zip code 34714), Davenport (zip codes 33897, 33896 and part of 33837), Kissimmee (zip codes 34747 and part of 34746).

We would like to clarify that we will not take over management of properties purchased through other real estate agents or companies.

MULTI-CHOICE MANAGEMENT LLC是专门为我们的投资人提供全方位物业管理服务的专业公司。我们这个团队于 2004年夏创建时，是第一家在迪士尼（DISNEY WORLD）附近由华人创办的度假屋管理公司，多年来，公司不断发展壮大，在不断了解市场的同时，也积累了丰富的经验。我们的团队不仅讲普通话和英语，也讲西班牙语。到目前为止，我们仍然是在迪斯尼地区中由华人创办，经营和管理的，规模最大的物业管理公司之一。与其他物业管理公司不同的是，我们成立这家管理公司并非以盈利为主要目的，而主要是为我们的经纪公司MULTI-CHOICE REALTY LLC代理的房产提供后期物业管理服务，以解除投资人异地投资在物业管理方面的顾虑，从而扩大销售。因为我们非常在意投资房过户后的出租和收益，所以在为投资人选房、推荐房时，就会慎重考虑到出租难易和回报的高低。

我们欢迎也非常愿意为投资人在美国佛罗里达奥兰多所有的区域代理买卖投资房，但是从物业管理效率角度考虑，过户后我们只能管理迪斯尼以下几个市区的投资房： Clermont市(邮编：34714),Davenport市(邮编：33897,33896和部分33837)，Kissimmee市(邮编：34747和部分34746)和Winter Garden市(邮编：34787)的部分地区。

这里需要声明的是，为保证服务质量，我们不接手管理非我公司代理买卖的房产。
