对于绝大多说的亚洲人来说做起来不费吹灰之力,但对于歪果仁来说,这个姿势简直逆天了....
也…有…很…痛…苦…得…蹲…下…来…了…
“真的不是瑜伽动作吗?”这个妹纸的内心是崩溃的……
网上还有一条研究,100%的亚洲人可以亚洲蹲,而仅有13.5%的美国人可以做到,而13.5%中的9%是美籍亚裔,剩下的都是瑜伽狂。
就是这样一个天赋技能,让歪果仁羡慕的不行!这是为什么呢?
想想以前军训的时候蹲的升级版,蛙跳,那真是虐心的活动方式,当然也是教官给小屁孩们的一点点“颜色”,反正小编是做到要哭啊!!
外国“砖家”说:蹲着如厕更容易排空结肠,让肠道内的致病细菌毒素不易积聚,哈哈有点道理!!
为什么亚洲人都能够做到呢?网友主要有三种理论:
理论一:
我们的腿比歪果仁短,所以重心就和歪果仁不一样,快让姚明蹲一个。

与高中生物书上“长颈鹿为什么脖子长”的原理一样。( 什么鬼?)
理论三:
许多亚洲国家采用蹲式厕所。(好吧,小编觉得这点还有点可信度!)
你怎么看呢?
“蹲”是中国人最熟悉的姿势,双脚完全着地,臀部贴近脚踝,双膝自然分开。在田间地头、村口土垛子、城里的马路牙子上,大部分中国人做出这个姿势,就像呼吸一样轻松自然。这个姿势极具地域特色,它有一个专业叫法——“亚洲蹲”。然而,外国的一项网上调查显示,许多西方人并不能做出这个姿势,这又是为什么呢?
Squattingis a familiar posture for Chinese people. Many Chinese people can perform the posture naturally in the farmland or along the road side. It has a professional name--the Asian squat. However, an online survey said many western adults cannot do it standardly. Why is that? Can you do the Asian squat?
不需要坐垫,也不用板凳,在中国的不少地方,蹲早已经成为一种生活习惯。陕西“八大怪”之一就是“板凳不坐蹲起来”。一些北方地区的方言里,“蹲”有个专门的叫法:圪蹴(gē jiu)。过去的北方农村家里人多,桌椅不够,地下凉也被认为对身体不好,端起饭碗就地——“圪蹴”,是最方便舒服的吃饭姿势,身体蜷曲的吃法被农民认为能节约粮食。
Squatting instead of sitting on the chair has long been a living habit. In the past, when there were not enough tables and chairs for a rural family, and the ground were regarded as too cold to sit on directly, many family members use the Asian squat posture while having dinner. Many Chinese farmers also believe this posture of bending the body can help them save food.
它是如此接地气,因此被视作一种“不忘本”的姿势,不少领导在走基层时,都会熟练地蹲下去。和美国警察拷人后直接命令对方趴下不同,今天的中国警察还是喜欢让嫌犯蹲着。
The posture was also used by some officials when they are investigating grass root villages since it’s a posture of showing down to the ground(接地气).Chinese police also like to ask suspects to squat, unlike their US peers asking them to lie on the ground.
“亚洲蹲”比西方人踮起脚后跟的“西洋蹲”更好地运用了力学原理,“西洋蹲”脚后跟踮起,膝盖相对于脚尖大幅度向前伸出,这会对膝关节周围韧带和肌腱施加很大拉力(力臂较长)。因为只有前脚掌在支撑整个身体的重量,脚面和地面接触面积很小,蹲者也难以保持身体平衡,一推就倒。
“亚洲蹲”则最大程度地缩短了膝盖和脚尖的水平距离,降低了膝关节周围韧带和肌腱受到的拉力(力臂较短)。脚跟与地面紧密接触,体重被分摊到整个脚面,这能让人更好地保持身体的平衡和稳固。
The Asian squat applies the mechanics principles than the western squat. In western squat, heels rise up on the toes, and the knees stretch in front of the tiptoe. The area touching the ground is small (only the first half of feet), so more force will be imposed on the ligaments and muscle tendons. The squatters also feel difficult to keep balance and keep the posture for a long time.

Requirement of doing the Asian squat
“亚洲蹲”有对身形的要求,腹部不能太多赘肉,稍胖一点可能会蹲不下来。它还在考验小腿肌肉的柔软性,经常穿高跟鞋的女性会有困难,她们的小腿肌腱紧绷,就像穿平底鞋走路会不舒服一样,双脚完全着地的下蹲姿势同样会让她们不适。
Not too much fat around the waist. Have soft calf muscles. Women who wear high heels every day have an even worse problem with this as they find they can’t wear flat shoes or go barefoot comfortably.
要做好“亚洲蹲”,准备活动很有必要。下蹲之前,需要先活动四肢,尤其是小腿,拉拉筋,让整个身体舒展开来。之后,两腿自然分开(一般来说,稍微分开更舒适),双脚踩实,脚跟着地。膝盖弯曲的同时,身体下沉,臀部向后送出,胳膊肘软软地搭在膝盖或者大腿面上。
Before you squat, first take some warming up exercises, especially your calf. Stretch your body to relax yourself. Separate your legs, and rest your feet firmly on the ground. Then bend your knees while lowering your body and moving hips backwards slowly.
逐渐消失的“亚洲蹲"
No longer popular in Asia
不雅观:西方人仍把“亚洲蹲”作为亚洲人的身份标志,事实上,亚洲人自己正在告别它。由于和蹲便采用同样的姿势,加上体态散漫,相比起站姿和坐姿,它被认为是落后的、上不了台面的。
Not elegant:Some westerners still treat the Asian squat as a logo for Asians, but in fact, many Asians have already bidding farewell to the posture. The posture makes the body look loose, and was used while using squat toilets, so it’s regarded as outdated and not elegant.
坐便式马桶:随着经济和生活水平的提升,人们更倾向于使用坐便式马桶而不是蹲便式马桶。日本非营利机构厕所研究会对599名小学生进行的一项调查显示,有22%的小学生因为学校使用的是蹲式厕所而无法“便便”。
New toilets:Most of us use a typical sitting down toilet instead squat toilet with the development of economy and improvement of living conditions. An investigation conducted by a Japanese non-profit institution – Toilet Research Association, showed 22% of 599 primary school students have difficulty to poop because the school use squat toilets.
不再蹲着吃饭:劳动力越来越昂贵,在中国招收体力劳动者也变得越来越难,许多工地都给工人提供了板房和食堂,而新的工种也没有蹲在街边吃饭的必要,快递员坐在自己电动三轮车上就能把饭吃完,能坐,谁还蹲着呢?
No squat eating:Construction workers can eat their meals in canteens or small rooms. Couriers can sit on their tricycles to eat. Farmers can also bring a small chair to sit on. Besides, more and more people are not willing to squat while eating because it’s not good for digestion and absorbing nutrition (The bending posture). Then who would still like to squat?
